Job summary

REV is seeking an Advanced Business Services Technician to provision, install, and maintain a suite of services including Hosted Voice, Managed Wi‑Fi, and Metro‑Ethernet for business customers. The role covers multiple product lines with required certifications and on‑site collaboration with customers.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a TWIC Card within 12 months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for Technician I.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC Card within first 12 months.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Performs service provisioning on back‑office platforms and customer devices.
• Performs structured wiring installation and termination.
• Performs transport provisioning, installation and troubleshooting.
• Communicates with on‑site personnel to satisfy customer requirements.
• Completes product certification programs for current and future products.
• Uses diagnostic tools for troubleshooting customer issues.
• Maintains knowledge of REV’s Advanced Business Service offerings and network topologies.
