The Stepping Stones Group is hiring an Advanced Behavior Technician in Montebello, CA to support students' growth in ABA-based interventions.

This full-time role offers competitive pay, benefits, and professional growth opportunities. You will work Monday–Friday with a 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule, traveling between cases as needed within Montebello USD.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Prior ABA experience required.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be available Monday-Friday, with flexible hours 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (start times vary).
• Reliable transportation to travel between cases within Montebello USD area (Montebello, Monterey Park, Commerce, East LA, Pico Rivera, Bell Gardens).
