The Stepping Stones Group is hiring a Behavior Technician in Natick, MA. This full-time position supports students in achieving success and growth inside and outside the classroom, with a collaborative team and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have 40-hour ABA training or 6 months ABA experience.
• At least 6 months of ABA experience.
• At least 1 year of school-based experience with elementary-aged students.
• Must have 40-hour RBT training.

Responsibilities

• Assist ABA therapy goals under supervision.
• Support students in classroom and school-based settings.
• Maintain progress notes and communicate with the team.
