Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade certification a plus.
• 1+ years of technician experience in HVAC, welding, or industrial equipment.
• Must be physically capable of climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper tool usage across maintenance tasks.
• Inspect and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Rebuild drive components (clutches, brakes) and ensure proper timing.
• Lubricate components and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Identify wear, troubleshoot, and replace drive/conveyor components.
• Use SAP for parts checkout, reporting, and data entry.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow company policies.
• Adhere to attendance, schedules, and other job-related rules.
