Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY customer service with expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. You will assist customers in parts identification, sourcing, and DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements.

Responsibilities include meeting sales and service goals, maintaining store appearance, performing key holder duties, and participating in inventory and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Must have a valid driver's license
• ASE Certification preferred, but not required
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
