Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking an Assembly Technician III in Greenwood, SC. You will assemble, wire, modify, and inspect complex electrical and mechanical assemblies while supporting continuous improvement and high-quality production standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of assembly experience. You will work a 4/10 schedule and be eligible for a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of assembly experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.
• Relocation not offered; candidates within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, modify, and inspect complex electrical and mechanical assemblies to production standards.
• Follow drawings and procedures; complete ISO checklists and production reports.
• Mount/install electrical equipment and perform wiring operations as needed.
• Assemble and modify complex assemblies beyond standard difficulty; train and coach colleagues.
• Support engineering and supervision with customer-driven development work.
