Formación

• 3–5 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, quality, reliability, and teamwork.
• Ability to read technical drawings, work instructions, electrical diagrams, and specifications.
• Mechanical, electrical, machining, or manufacturing knowledge gained through training or experience.
• Advanced electrical knowledge including wiring, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to use common hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and machinery.
• Ability to climb ladders.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble, test, and inspect items by print/instruction.
• Set up and operate assembly, manufacturing, manual and CNC equipment.
• Perform electrical installation, wiring, testing and repairs.
• Perform machining operations (drilling, milling, turning, etc.).
• Read drawings, instructions, schematics and specs.
• Use tools safely and accurately.
• Inspect and measure to verify quality and dimensions.
• Maintain records of production, inspection, and repairs.
