Job summary

Servotronics, Inc. is seeking an Assembler 2 to join our manufacturing team in the United States.

Under limited supervision, you will assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components following engineering drawings and SOPs, using hand and power tools, and documenting work to ensure quality. You will apply basic math, read decimals and fractions, maintain 5S compliant work areas, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years in manufacturing or assembly.
• Ability to read decimals and fractions and perform basic math.
• Experience with ERP software (SAP or Oracle) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components or subassemblies per drawings and SOPs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with materials over 30 lbs.
• Interpret decimal charts and perform basic math in daily tasks.
• Document work accurately and report non-conformances.
• Inspect assembly during and after production to ensure quality.
• Maintain clean, organized work area per 5S standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
