Job summary

Kolpak LLC in Parsons, TN, is seeking an Assembler III to perform advanced assembly tasks and support either floater or MOD customization roles for walk-in panels and components. The role requires reading blueprints, managing materials, and maintaining accurate production records in a fast-paced environment.

You will work under the Production Supervisor, ensuring safety, quality, and continuous production flow while adhering to 5S standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years manufacturing and/or construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tape measures.
• Ability to perform basic math and reading comprehension.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced assembly operations with minimal supervision.
• Work as a floater or in the MOD’s customization area for walk-in panels.
• Read and interpret complex job orders, diagrams, and blueprints to determine materials and methods.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure quality and conformance to specs.
• Maintain production documentation and 5S housekeeping.
• Follow Quality and Safety Management System procedures.
