Job summary

ABB is seeking anAssembler II for an onsite role to support the unit in achieving production targets by following established processes and reading technical diagrams for assembly of products and panels.

You will use machinery and light hand tools on the shop floor, perform quality testing, and maintain a clean work area while following SOPs. The role may include shift differential compensation where applicable.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or GED required.
• Technical Certification preferred.
• 0-1 years of Manufacturing/Warehouse experience required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of tools and measurement understanding (preferred).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40-50 lbs.
• Shift differential compensation available (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Conducting all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including the packing where integrated with production lines.
• Performing work manually or by using light hand tools.
• Carrying out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
• Operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
