Job summary
Raytheon seeks electrical engineers focused on analog electronics, power electronics and control systems for on-site roles in Massachusetts. The team designs power systems, performs circuit analysis, testing, and production support, with opportunities to travel to multiple sites as required.
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Electrical Engineering, with coursework in analog electronics, power systems or control systems and hands-on lab experience using PSPICE and MATLAB/Simulink.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
- Coursework in Analog Electronics, Power Electronics/Systems, or Control Systems.
- Modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion, analog circuitry or servo/motor control systems.
- Work with production, integration, and test teams to support activities.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to meet requirements and RTX guidelines.
- Develop and validate designs through lab work and measurements.
- Travel to Marlborough, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; and/or Pelham, NH as needed.
