**Overview:**Join Sentara Medical Group as an Advanced Practice Provider supporting our **Electrophysiology Cardiology** service line. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled, collaborative team of physicians and APPs while providing high quality care to adult EP patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This is a surgical and procedural focused role with meaningful autonomy and a strong support structure.**Position Highlights*** Full time schedule, four ten hour days, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Inpatient and outpatient role with approximately 70 percent inpatient and 30 percent outpatient responsibilities* Average weekly patient volumes include 20 patients in the clinic and 50 patients in the hospital* Electrophysiology focused care, including first assist responsibilities* Procedures include cardioversions and loop implants performed independently, first assist in ablations, and performing access and closure independently* Weekend rounding required every fifth weekend. The base pay range for full-time employment is $115,315.20 - $312,000.00 annually.Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
