Newcomer is seeking an Advance Planning Specialist in Massillon, Ohio. You will help individuals and families plan funeral and cremation arrangements ahead of time, enabling thoughtful choices without pressure.

This sales role offers a base salary, commissions, bonuses and benefits. You’ll use company tools to connect with prospective families, follow up on leads and develop local referral networks while maintaining compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related area or sales role.
• Licensed insurance agent or able to obtain required licenses.
• Enjoy working with people and helping them select services and merchandise.
• Strong basic office and computer skills with attention to detail.
