Job summary

TRISTAR seeks an experienced Advance Planner to support Navy modernization programs through advanced planning, scheduling, and performance analysis. You will collaborate with program managers, production teams, engineering, and government stakeholders to optimize resources and improve schedule execution for mission readiness.

The role requires data analysis expertise, forecasting, and operations research methods to develop models, forecasts, and metrics guiding management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-8 years in operations analysis, production planning, scheduling, or program management support.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Security Clearance.
• U.S. Citizen with strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze master production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Evaluate processes to improve efficiency and resource utilization.
• Conduct quantitative analyses of scheduling, workforce, and materials.
• Develop predictive models and performance metrics for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with supervisors and project managers to resolve schedule conflicts.
• Monitor schedule performance and expedite delayed activities.
• Prepare reports on production, resource utilization, and performance.
• Apply operations research techniques to support planning.
• Develop recommendations to improve production systems and processes.
• Support Navy modernization planning and align with program requirements.
