Job summary

The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) is seeking an Adult Programs Assistant Manager to lead 4-6 Career Coaches and 2-3 Program Coordinators within IRCO’s Workforce Development Sector. You will oversee day-to-day activities, ensure program quality, and coordinate with funders and the Sector Manager to meet benchmarks.

Responsibilities include budgeting, data reporting, staff development, and ensuring compliance with funder guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-4 years prior program or project coordination in Workforce Development or Employment Services, or related field.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Workforce Development and the Public Workforce System including WorkSource Services.
• Strong computer skills, Excel and related software applications.
• Experience in budgeting, expense tracking highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4-6 Career Coaches and 2-3 Program Coordinators in the Workforce Development Sector.
• Monitor budgets and ensure funds are obligated and spent within funder guidelines.
• Develop strategies to meet program benchmarks and provide staff training and support.
• Ensure program quality and compliance, and submit reports to funders.
