Job summary

Via of the Lehigh Valley, Inc. is hiring an Adult Training Facility Instructor to help participants maintain independence and self-advocacy, both in our facility and in the community.

Starting pay is $17/hour with a High School Diploma, $17.50/hour with an Associate’s Degree, and $18/hour with a Bachelor’s Degree. You can earn up to $1.75 more per hour by completing NADSP Career Ladder levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel in the community.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle and insurance required.
• Proficient with Setworks, Paylocity, Microsoft Office and email daily.

Responsibilities

• Develop or follow consistent daily routines with participants.
• Assist in development of volunteer and recreational activities in the community.
• Implement activities aligned with participant outcomes in facility and community.
• Support participant goals and assist in outcome completion.
