Via of the Lehigh Valley, Inc. is seeking an Adult Training Facility Instructor to help participants maintain independence and self-advocacy through hands-on programs in our facility and the community. The role starts at $17/hour for HS diploma, $17.50/hour for an Associate’s, and $18/hour for a Bachelor’s degree.

Employees may earn up to $1.75 more per hour by completing all NADSP Career Ladder levels, with comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in diverse settings and adapt to changing schedules.
• Daily activities include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop or follow consistent daily routines with participants and ensure engagement.
• Assist in developing community volunteer and recreational activities.
• Implement activities aligned with participants' outcomes in facility and community.
• Participate in developing participant goals and assist in achieving outcomes.
