Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a strategic business plan to target, penetrate, and establish relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in your geographical area.
  2. Call on healthcare professionals across multiple subspecialties, including physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
  3. Manage hybrid relationships through a mix of in-person and virtual engagement, leveraging modern methods to maximize efficiency.
  4. Call on retail pharmacies, both chain and independent.
  5. Utilize data sources to optimize strategies and identify high-ROI opportunities.
  6. Achieve or exceed sales and profit goals.
  7. Manage and track territory-specific information using a CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry sales experience.
  • Proven growth in sales within your territory, consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Business acumen, understanding of clinical information, and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Veeva).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing.
  • Occasional climbing stairs or riding elevators.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds.
  • Manipulate keyboard, operate telephone and handheld devices.
