Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Adult Services Assistant Area Director - Day Program to support the leadership and daily operations of our Adult Day Health, Activities, and Supported Employment services.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, collaboration, advocacy, and a commitment to continuous improvement, with a Monday–Friday 8am–4pm schedule and a pay range of $27.00–$28.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Director in managing day program operations across sites.

• Contribute to program planning, quality improvement, and incident reviews.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
• Advocate for rights, dignity, and independence.

Adult Services Assistant Area Director – Day Program Pay: $27.00-$28.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm
The Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Adult Services Assistant Area Director - Day Program to support the leadership and daily operations of our Adult Day Health, Activities, and Supported Employment services. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports for individuals and their families, while maintaining compliance, fiscal responsibility, and staff excellence.
The Assistant Area Director will assist with overseeing program operations, developing and improving services, supervising staff, and ensuring that programs align with the organization’s mission, values, and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on collaboration, advocacy, and continuous improvement.
