Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Adult Services Assistant Area Director - Day Program to support the leadership and daily operations of our Adult Day Health, Activities, and Supported Employment services.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, collaboration, advocacy, and a commitment to continuous improvement, with a Monday–Friday 8am–4pm schedule and a pay range of $27.00–$28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in day program settings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supervising staff and ensuring compliance.
• Commitment to person-centered supports.

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Director in managing day program operations across sites.
• Oversee service delivery and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor staff for growth and performance.
• Build relationships with individuals served, families, guardians, and funding sources.
• Contribute to program planning, quality improvement, and incident reviews.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
• Advocate for rights, dignity, and independence.
• Represent Seven Hills in the community and with partners.
