Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is opening a new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males in Chippewa Falls. The Adult Residential Support Professional will provide supervision, support, and life-skills coaching in a compassionate, structured environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or better.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, substance use treatment, or residential care preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support residents in a residential treatment setting

Adult Residential Support Professional (Full-Time, 2nd Shift)

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team at a new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males, opening in Chippewa Falls in Spring/Summer 2026.

Schedule

• 2pm-10pm and every other weekend 10am-10pm.

About the Role

In this direct care role, you will support residents in recovery by providing supervision, encouragement, life-skills coaching, and a safe, structured environment. You'll work closely with residents to support treatment goals while responding appropriately to daily needs, challenges, and crisis situations.
