Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network in Apple Valley is seeking an Adult Residential Facility Administrator to ensure licensing regulatory compliance and oversee resident health, safety, and well-being. The role includes staffing, training, and coordinating services with conservators and regional centers.

The Administrator will supervise daily operations, manage notes, medications, and finances, and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and program-specific training.
• REGISTERED BEHAVIORAL TECHNICIAN certification required.
• ARF certification required.
• DSP I and DSP II certificates required.
• CPR/FA and CPI certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years experience with adults with DD.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open communication with conservators, family, service coordinators, and other client representatives regarding health, well-being and quality of life; strong knowledge in Title 17 and 22.
• Hire and train staff; generate schedules to ensure supervision and support of clients; delegate duties accordingly.
• Oversee daily operations: notes, medications, funds, audits, files, time cards; conduct evaluations.
• Attend trainings mandated by Regional Centers.
• Communicate with staff regarding quality care assurance.
• Maintain safety compliance to prevent injuries.
• Schedule medical appointments and follow-up on doctor recommendations.
• Act as first responder in emergencies and report incidents per laws and regs.
• Provide 24-hour on-call response as applicable.
