Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking an Adult Residential Facility Administrator in Apple Valley to ensure regulatory compliance and the health, well-being, and safety of residents. You will manage staffing and mentor staff to provide high-quality care.

The role requires strong communication with conservators and service coordinators, oversight of daily operations, and adherence to safety standards, with 24-hour on-call readiness.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a residential care setting.
• Strong understanding of Title 17 and 22 licensing requirements.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate care with conservators.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety of clients.
• Maintain staffing levels and supervise staff to ensure quality care.
• Oversee daily operations: notes, medication audits, and file management.
