Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Park and Recreation Administration or closely related field.
• Supervisory experience with staff development and performance evaluations.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises three full-time staff and 10–15 part-time staff.
• Oversees operation, programming, and admin of wellness and fitness areas at the Adult Recreation Center.
• Plans, organizes, and evaluates recreation programs and events, including the Run Bentonville Half Marathon.
