Compass Health Center is seeking an Adult Psychiatrist to join our team in Oakbrook, IL. The role focuses on leading PHP/IOP care with a multidisciplinary team, diagnosing and treating patients, and shaping personalized treatment plans.

Ideal candidates hold BE/BC in Illinois, maintain Illinois licensure, and DEA certification. You will work in a mission-driven setting with a strong focus on clinical quality and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Provides psychiatric care within PHP/IOP settings.
• Leads multidisciplinary teams and collaborates with therapists and nurses.
• Maintains Illinois medical licensure and DEA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily psychiatric care for PHP/IOP patients aged 18+.
• Perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnose, prescribe medications, and provide therapy.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams and influence treatment plans.
• Collaborate with family, individual therapists, nurses, and psychiatrists.
• Manage around 10-12 patient visits per day.
