Job summary

Compass Health Center in Chicago, IL seeks an Adult Psychiatrist to join a multi-disciplinary treatment team in a growing organization. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, establish diagnoses, prescribe medications, and provide therapy within PHP/IOP programs.

You will lead and collaborate with experienced therapists, nurses, and psychiatrists in a mission-driven, MD-led setting. Illinois BE/BC with a DEA license is required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Adult Psychiatrist BE or BC in Illinois; DEA license.
• Skilled in the evaluation and treatment of mental illness.
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily care for patients in our PHP/IOP programs
• Conducting psychiatric evaluations, establishing diagnoses, prescribing medication, and providing therapy
• Leading multi-disciplinary clinical teams and making recommendations on treatment plans
• Collaborating with family therapists, individual therapists, nurses and psychiatrists
