Position Overview: The DHS Division of Aging Services (DAS), Adult Protective Services (APS) seeks candidates for Adult Protective Services Case Manager 2. This role is based in Savannah, Chatham County, GA, with travel to Glynn, Liberty, Long, McIntosh, Wayne, Appling, & Camden counties.
