Job summary

County of McLeod is seeking a Case Aide to perform paraprofessional social services and related tasks under the supervision of social workers and a social service supervisor. The role includes documenting APS activities, coordinating services for vulnerable adults, and supporting APS/Assessor teams.

Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a full benefits package including medical, dental, and life insurance as well as paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation.

Qualifications

• Three years of clerical experience or two years in a social service/human services agency.
• Two years of clerical experience in a social service/human services agency.
• Two years of study in behavioral sciences with college credits (at least 23 quarter/16 semester).

Responsibilities

• Complete documentation for APS screenings.
• Manage SSIS records for APS Intake & Maltreatment groups.
• Assist APS Social Workers in coordinating supportive services for Vulnerable Adults.
• Assist in APS documentation as requested.
• Schedule and organize MCAP meetings with APS Social Workers.
• Assist in other APS/Assessor team duties.
• Complete required training and other job-related training.
• Perform other duties as required.
