Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in a community-focused clinic. You will perform preventive care, evaluate and treat acute and chronic conditions, and order labs and imaging as needed.

The role includes sports physicals and occupational medicine testing (DOT and non-DOT), plus care for workers’ compensation patients and wellness coaching. Collaboration with a supportive team is essential.

Qualifications

• APRN licensure in Family Medicine required.
• Clinical or ER experience is a plus.
• DOT certification preferred for full-time NPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide general and preventive care to keep patients proactive.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions with empathy and precision.
• Prescribe medications with clear treatment plans and instructions.
• Conduct sports physicals and occupational medicine testing (DOT and non-DOT).
• Care for workers' compensation patients focusing on recovery and wellness.
• Design personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Collaborate with team to review practices and improve care.
