Job summary

Reflections Lifestyle Center in Austin, TX seeks a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to lead group therapy within an Adult PHP/IOP program. The role focuses on facilitating sessions, contributing to treatment planning, and supporting recovery in a collaborative team setting.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field and current state licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current state licensure as LPC/LPC-A, LMFT/LMFT-A, or LCSW/LMSW (or equivalent).
• Experience in group therapy facilitation, preferably within a PHP/IOP setting or HLOC.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group therapy sessions for adults in the PHP and IOP settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and maintain a safe group therapy environment.
• Document all therapy sessions and client interactions in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services.
