Qualifications

• Current state licensure as LPC/LPC-A, LMFT/LMFT-A, or LCSW/LMSW (or equivalent).
• Experience in group therapy facilitation, preferably within a PHP/IOP setting or HLOC.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional and regulatory standards.

Position: Therapist (LPC/LPC-A, LMFT/LMFT-A, LCSW/LMSW) - Adult PHP/IOP Group

Location: Reflections Lifestyle Center — Austin, TX Adult Center

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor or Associate (LPC/LPC-A), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Associate (LMFT/LMFT-A), or Licensed Clinical (or Master) Social Worker (LCSW/LMSW) to join our team at our new location in Oak Lawn. You will be providing comprehensive therapeutic services in our Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The successful candidate will facilitate group therapy sessions (4.5 hours per day), contribute to treatment planning, and support individuals in their mental health and recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct group therapy sessions for adults in the PHP and IOP settings, fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.


• Evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
