Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time Adult Counselor to join our Lansdale team. You will provide group and individual therapy to adults in our PHP program, conduct assessments, and work with a multidisciplinary team to support treatment goals.

The role offers a daytime schedule, Monday–Friday, with no evenings or weekends required. A Master’s degree in a related field and internship/practicum completion are required, with preference for PHP/IOP experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Completion of a clinically focused internship or practicum.
• Preferred: experience with adults in PHP/IOP or higher level care settings.
• Familiarity with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns.

Responsabilités

• Lead group therapy sessions focusing on emotional regulation and recovery topics.
• Provide individual therapy as clinically appropriate.
• Complete intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and level-of-care recommendations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation compliant with state/program standards.
• Participate in case reviews and ongoing professional development.
• Support program objectives and uphold a client-centered environment.
