Qualifications

• LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC licensure or in the process of obtaining.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates behavioral and clinical needs and collaborates with the treatment team.
• Facilitates individual and group sessions and maintains clinical documentation.
• Maintains confidential records and participates in utilization review.
• Participates in aftercare planning and curriculum development.
• Conducts assessments and adheres to program policy.
