GSK is seeking an Immunization Specialist to drive HCP engagement and vaccine uptake across adult customers in the Phoenix area. The role emphasizes education on disease prevention, clinical data interpretation, and coordinated execution with field and account leadership to meet immunization targets.

The position requires strong customer engagement, scientific fluency, and the ability to translate data into meaningful conversations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 2 years of business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
Ability to travel locally and regionally as required for customer engagement.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive (essential function).
Immunization Specialist: 2+ years sales; Senior Immunization Specialist: 5+ years sales.

Responsabilités

Engage HCPs to communicate clinical value of GSK vaccines.
Build expertise in vaccine therapeutic areas and products.
Support educational programs, conventions and speaker events.
Tailor engagement strategies to local practice dynamics.
Drive product pull-through with public and private accounts; coordinate with Vaccine Account Managers.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure compliant execution.
Maintain CRM records and ensure compliance.
