The Center in San Diego is seeking an Adult Housing Services Manager to lead LGBTQ-affirming wraparound services for adults experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. You will supervise 3–4 staff, guide program activities, and ensure services meet client needs and contract expectations.

POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Adult Housing Services, the Adult Housing Services Manager oversees The Center's expanding LGBTQ-affirming wraparound and support services for adults who are currently experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. The Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing the program's activities, providing direction to staff to ensure that program services and processes meet client needs and contract expectations. The manager champions a collaborative, trauma-informed, and goal-oriented approach to service delivery to resolve the housing instability of program participants. The position reports directly to the Director of Adult Housing Services and provides direct supervision to 3-4 staff members.
