Qualifications

• Must be a Psychologist or Master’s level therapist.
• Licensure or eligibility in listed licenses.
• Strong CBT/DBT skills and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide group therapy to adults (18+) in a safe, therapeutic milieu.
• Develop therapeutic group relationships to promote positive change.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, and ACT, plus other evidence-based therapies.
• Relay clinical information to treatment team during rounds.
• Develop program materials and adjust content to fit group needs.
• Engage in crisis management when needed.
• Create and update treatment plans; chart in EMR.
• Occasionally meet with patients individually for case management.
