Compass Health Center in Oak Brook, IL, is seeking a group therapist to lead evidence-based groups for adults (18+), delivering CBT, DBT, and ACT in a supportive, collaborative environment. The role emphasizes crisis management, treatment planning, and participation in daily rounds with the treatment team.

You should be a licensed or approved clinician (LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD or PhD) with a passion for group work; prior experience in PHP/IOP or inpatient settings is a plus.

Competenze

• Licensed or eligible clinician (LSW/LPC/LCSW/LCPC, PsyD or PhD).
• Experience delivering CBT/DBT in group settings.
• Background in PHP/IOP or inpatient/residential is a plus.
• Ability to develop and update treatment plans and participate in rounds.

Mansioni

• Provide group therapy to adults (18+) in a supportive milieu.
• Develop therapeutic relationships that promote change.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, ACT and other evidence-based therapies.
• Relay clinical information during rounds and among the treatment team.
• Create and adjust group content and materials; engage in crisis management if needed.
• Chart in the EMR and document treatment plans.
• May meet with patients individually for case management.
