Job summary

Paterson Public School District 410 ADULT SCHOOL seeks a Teacher Coordinator to lead the development, implementation, and reporting of federally funded grants within its PACE program. Qualifications

• Hold a NJDOE Instructional Certification.
• Experience with grant administration, program management, or educational leadership.
• Knowledge of state and federal grant requirements, fiscal reporting, and evaluation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and collaborative skills.
• Experience with PACE programs preferred.
• Background in business, fiscal administration, or workforce development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and completion of PACE's grants (NJYC, Title II, IELCE, WorkFirst NJ).
• Monitor program implementation to ensure alignment with grant applications, staffing, and deadlines.
• Coordinate grant reporting, documentation, performance reviews, and visits with district staff.
• Collaborate with Business and Human Resources to monitor budgets, expenditures, and cost allocations.
• Support administration, staffing, implementation, and evaluation of day and evening programs.
• Serve as liaison with grantors, partners, and workforce development entities.
• Review enrollment, attendance, outcomes, and performance measures to identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with grant-specific staffing, documentation, data management, and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain administrative procedures, reporting calendars, and systems for continuity.
