Maxim Healthcare in Phoenix is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for an adult patient requiring G-tube, tracheostomy, seizure, and Foley care. Shifts are Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays and Saturdays from 7:00am to 1:00pm.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate as required by facility or state regulation.
• Positive PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Initiates the plan of care and updates as patient status changes.
• Delivers therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Intervenes for changes in patient condition and communicates with physician.
• Administers medications and treatments and documents outcomes.
• Reviews plan of care and coordinates education, care, and discharge planning.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Homecare

Pay: $38 - $40 per hour

Maxim Healthcare in (Phoenix) is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with an adult patient in their home who is needing G-tube, Tracheostomy, seizure and foley care on Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays and Saturdays from 7:00am-1:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services, as required
• Initiates the plan of care when directed and requests from prescriber any necessary revisions as patient status and needs change
• Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals
• Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and reports such changes to appropriate physician or supervisor
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as, monitors and documents effectiveness of intervention
• Reviews plan of care and program protocols and identifies areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting and discharge planning needs, as applicable

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
