The Arc of Butte County is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the Adult Day Program in Oroville, CA. You will lead activities, teach life skills, and promote independence in a safe, supportive setting.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $18.30, depending on experience. Join a mission-driven team committed to empowering individuals with IDD.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant experience in caregiving, education, or human services preferred.
• Compassion and empathy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
• Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Hands-on support skills for daily activities.
• Reliability and professionalism in a dynamic team environment.
• Strong communication with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to collaborate and adapt in changing situations.
• Basic documentation skills for records and reporting.
