Qualifications

• TB skin test and physical, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support adults in their homes with daily living activities.
• Assist with medication administration and personal care.
• Support cooking, cleaning, and engagement in community activities.
• Document day-to-day progress clearly and accurately.
• Promote positive behavior and collaborate with the team to solve problems.
• Advocate for the needs and preferences of the individuals served.
