Dungarvin in Santa Rosa, CA is hiring a Direct Support Professional for our Adult Day Program. This part-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–3:00 pm, with no evenings or weekends, and offers benefits eligibility. You will lead activities, teach life skills, and support independence.

We value hands-on experience with adults with IDD. Requirements include at least 6 months of related work, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in direct support or related role.
• Experience supporting adults with IDD/Developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to drive a company van.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on group activities to support learning, confidence, and independence.
• Teach life skills, social skills, communication, and decision-making.
• Support community outings and recreational experiences.
• Provide personal care and behavioral support as needed.
• Document goals, progress, and daily activities electronically.
