Job summary

Assistance Plus seeks an Adult Case Manager to develop client-centered service plans and coordinate approved services within the ASO managed care framework. You will keep benefits and financial records up to date for clients with behavioral health needs.

The role requires regular travel in your designated area and a standard five-day workweek, typically within the hours of 6am–5pm. A valid Maine driver’s license and vehicle insurance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have intermediate level computer experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• MHRT/C or MHRT/CP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop client-centered individual service plans to ensure services are approved through the ASO Managed Care System.
• Maintain current benefit and financial information for clients to ensure benefits remain applicable.
• Travel within the designated area to deliver services and support to adults with behavioral health needs.
