UCP of Maine is seeking a compassionate, organized Adult Case Manager to join our Bangor office. This full-time position with benefits coordinates support services, facilitates team meetings, develops Person Centered Plans, and advocates for consumers to promote self-advocacy and community participation.

The role requires effective oral and written communication, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to helping individuals lead fuller lives.

Qualifications

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate services and advocate for consumers.
• Eligibility for supervising/licensing pathways desired (LSW path)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in human services.
