Assistance-Plus in Maine is seeking a Children’s Case Manager to provide professional case management services for eligible clients. You will advocate for children and adolescents to secure needed services and coordinate all supports within an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires flexibility in hours, travel within the designated area, and a commitment to serving youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance. A relevant degree and experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year relevant life/work experience working with children with a Serious Emotional Disturbance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education options include a Bachelors or Masters in related fields as outlined in the posting.

Responsibilities
