The role requires a five-day work week with travel in the designated area, starting between 6am and 5pm, and offers mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• MHRT/C or MHRT/CP certification is required or preferred.
• Intermediate computer experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop client-centered individual service plans for adults with behavioral health diagnoses.
• Coordinate services to ensure benefits remain applicable within the ASO Managed Care System and travel as required.
