Job summary

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in the treatment planning process with the Professional Nurse to develop the initial problem list and treatment plan.
• Communicates treatment plans with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Implements the treatment plan according to unit policies and procedures and establishes therapeutic limits.
• Documents patient/family interactions on flowsheets in a timely manner.
• Maintains cleanliness of the group room and reports safety hazards.
