Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates in treatment planning with the nurse to develop the initial problem list and plan.
• Implements treatment plans and maintains therapeutic limits per unit policy.
• Documents patient interactions and observations in a timely manner.
• Conducts rounds, observes daily living activities, and supports patient participation in activities.
• Maintains confidentiality and safety, including handling aggressive behavior per policy.
