Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Professional Nurse to develop the initial treatment plan.
• Document patient interactions and observed daily activities.
• Conduct patient rounds and report unusual behavior to nursing staff.
• Manage and deescalate aggression with timely therapeutic interventions.
• Assist in placing patients in seclusion or restraints per policy.
