Vanderbilt Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC‑SLP) to join the Adult Acute Care team at Vanderbilt Tullahoma‑Harton Hospital in Tullahoma, TN. The role focuses on evaluation and treatment of swallowing, speech, language and cognitive‑communication disorders for medically complex adults.

Applicants should have a Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology, CCC‑SLP, Tennessee license or eligibility, and CF completion with at least 5 years of experience in dysphagia.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA CCC‑SLP certification required.
• Tennessee SLP license or eligibility.
• CF completion; minimum of 5 years of Speech-Language Pathology experience.
• Strong experience in dysphagia evaluation and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adults with swallowing, speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and voice disorders.
• Provide comprehensive dysphagia assessment and treatment.
• Perform MBSS/VFSS and FEES as part of swallow workup.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence‑based practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, dietitians and other team members.
